Collected information is used to evaluate applications, communicate with users, operate association activities and meet legal obligations.
Mobile Application
The mobile application uses the same API infrastructure as the website. Membership, contact and career submissions are processed in the admin panel.
Cookies and Visit Data
The website keeps visit statistics. For each page view we record the page address, language preference, your IP address, the country and city estimated from that IP address, browser information and the address you arrived from. A random visitor identifier is also stored in your browser to count returning visits; it is not linked to your name or other personal details. This data is processed solely to understand how the site is used and to improve content and performance, based on the association's legitimate interest. It is not used for advertising or profiling and is not sold to third parties. Visit records are kept for 1 year and deleted automatically afterwards.
Data Sharing
Personal information is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Necessary security measures are taken for technical service providers.
